About me
Kathryn Cronin Miller, MSW, LCSW, (she/her) helps justice-centered organizations overcome people and culture challenges to create engaged, trusting, and high-performing teams. Since entering the sector in 2005, Kathryn has worked across non-profit, academic, and organizing settings, focusing on women's services, youth development, mental health, and trauma. She maintains a special focus on the legal services industry. Kathryn is the founder of A Better Place To Work, a people and culture consultancy based out of Denver, Colorado. She is an engaging facilitator and dynamic public speaker. Kathryn has taught at the University of Colorado at Boulder, the University of Denver and the University of Colorado- Anschutz School of Medicine.
