About me
Kelly Tautges is a consultant, facilitator, and coach who helps mission-driven leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and turn ideas into meaningful action. She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, pro bono, and access to justice, with particular expertise in designing and facilitating inclusive processes, helping groups work through complex challenges, and developing practical solutions to access to justice issues.
Before launching K. Tautges Consulting, Kelly served as Pro Bono Counsel and Director of Pro Bono & Community Service at Faegre Drinker, where she led firmwide strategy and developed partnerships among law firms, legal aid organizations, courts, and other stakeholders. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at the Chicago Bar Foundation, leading several pro bono and court-access initiatives, developing training and professional-development programs, and helping create innovative approaches to accessible and affordable legal services. She began her career as a litigator at a large Chicago law firm.
Kelly is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
