About me
Martina I. Cucullu Lim (she/her), Strategy Director, OneJustice (since February 2024). In addition to designing and facilitating leadership development programs for legal aid professionals, Martina oversees the overall strategy by which OneJustice achieves its mission of expanding access to justice. She brings deep roots in direct legal services, having previously served as an Executive Director, a Tenants' Rights Program Director, and a Tenants’ Rights Attorney. At OneJustice, she leads the Strategic Leadership: Navigating the Now Program. She has hands-on experience facilitating this workshop and brings both a practitioner's perspective and a capacity-builder's lens to questions of theory of change and organizational strategy.
