About me
Sarah Spangler Rhine is the Deputy Director of the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI). Before assuming this role, she served as Managing Attorney of CLASI’s Housing Unit, where she helped implement Delaware’s Right to Representation for tenants facing eviction. Sarah previously supervised a Self-Help program at the Maryland Center for Legal Assistance; worked at Disability Rights Maryland in the Mental Health Unit; and worked at the Homeless Person’s Representation Project as a housing attorney. In addition to her legal roles, Sarah was the Policy Director for Housing Alliance Delaware and taught in the paralegal program at Delaware Technical Community College.
